Smile disclabel12/27/2023 Labels & Addresses ($50), which offers templates as well as more options for organizing and customizing the labels’ appearance. DiscLabel includes plenty of templates, but you can use your own images, too.Īnd once all the discs are assembled, don’t forget to mail them in time! You can print addresses onto sheets of labels using OS X’s built-in Contacts app (the app formerly known as Address Book), but a better option is BeLight Software’s Sure, you can scribble the title on each disc (using a marker that’s designed for writing on optical media), but it doesn’t make for a polished gift.ĭiscLabel 6 ($36) for designing custom labels, with your own artwork and typography, that you can print onto peel-off templates and affix to the discs. The disc is done, but unless you want your home to become a mini Blockbuster, it’s time to label and mail the discs. In fact, even if you do have an optical drive in your Mac, I recommend creating a disc image or using Toast to make it easier to burn several copies of the DVD (especially if you plan to burn in batches over time and not lose any encoded media when you quit an app or shut down your Mac). Repeat as needed for as many discs as you want to send out. Copy that file to the other computer and use Apple’s Disk Utility or Toast (if it’s installed) to burn the contents to a disc. You end up with a single file (which may be quite large, depending on how much content you included) that you can transfer over your network or via a USB drive or portable hard drive. Instead of burning the data to a disc, you can save it as a disc image. For personalizing the appearance of your project, iDVD can’t be beat. For example, I have an older Mac mini that acts as a media server in my house, but you could also use a friend’s computer. You can also take the project to another computer that does have an optical drive. If you want to burn Blu-ray discs, your only option is an external drive, as Apple has never shipped a Blu-ray burner in its Macs. You can purchase an external disc burner from Apple or another vendor. You don’t get the same number of options for transitions, background music, and animations, but both applications make it easy to automatically include the original photo files on the disc in case someone wants to copy them to their own computer. Toast Titanium 11 ($75) can build a slideshow on the fly viewers can then manually move between images via a DVD player’s remote, or they can let the show play on its own. Instead of creating a movie, iDVD and Roxio’s However, there’s another way to present photos on a DVD. (iMovie builds slideshows in a similar fashion, but FotoMagico’s workflow is smoother and offers more customization.) It features multiple audio tracks a broad assortment of transitions titles precise panning, zooming, and rotation of images and more. If you want even more ways to customize your slideshow, turn to an application such as Boinx’sįotoMagico 4 ($100). (Be sure to set the Aspect Ratio pop-up menu to HDTV (16:9) in the Slideshow Settings window if it’s likely that your viewers have widescreen HDTVs.) An iPhoto Slideshow project offers settings for controlling the show’s appearance. In iPhoto, for example, you create a new Slideshow project and then configure settings such as how long each slide appears, what type of transition appears between images, and whether you want music to play during the show. You can use one of several applications to build a photo slideshow. In that case, you may not need to lean on a full-featured video editor instead you can add individual video clips and slideshows from a variety of sources. Or perhaps you want to give your viewers the option to pick and choose from several items, such as discrete video clips and photo slideshows from different events, in the order they choose.

Json class generator java github12/27/2023 For example, you can use D3 to generate an HTML table from an array of numbers. You will also notice that “id” value is updated to 500 and a new key “test” is added to updated_emp.txt file.Reporter. The full source and tests are also available for download on GitHub. If you will execute above code and look for the new file, you will notice that it doesn’t have “role” and “properties” key. ObjectMapper.writeValue(new File("updated_emp.txt"), rootNode) ((ObjectNode) rootNode).remove("properties") ((ObjectNode) rootNode).put("test", "test value") byte jsonData = Files.readAllBytes(Paths.get("employee.txt")) Below code shows us how to do this easily. Jackson JSON Java API provide useful methods to add, edit and remove keys from JSON data and then we can save it as new json file or write it to any stream. We get following output when we execute above code snippet. Ant Task for generating JSON Schemas from Java classes using Jackson library and extension modules - GitHub - xdarklight/jackson-jsonschema-ant-task: Ant. Iterator elements = phoneNosNode.elements() JsonNode phoneNosNode = rootNode.path("phoneNumbers") JsonNode rootNode = objectMapper.readTree(jsonData) ObjectMapper objectMapper = new ObjectMapper() read json file data to Stringīyte jsonData = Files.readAllBytes(Paths.get("employee.txt")) Below code provides snippet to read specific entries from json file. Jackson JSON API provides option to read json data as tree like DOM Parser and we can read specific elements of JSON object through this. Sometimes we have json data and we are interested in only few of the keys values, so in that case converting whole JSON to object is not a good idea. Table 2 lists the main classes and interfaces in the streaming API. Our complex json is stored in a file employee.txt with below structure: JsonGenerator contains methods to write JSON data to an output source. We will use arrays, list and Map in java objects for conversion. Free code generator which converts your JSON ( JavaScript Object. Jackson JSON Exampleįor our example for JSON to POJO/Java object conversion, we will take a complex example with nested object and arrays. Jackson supports generics too and directly converts them from JSON to object. Jackson JSON Parser API provides easy way to convert JSON to POJO Object and supports easy conversion to Map from JSON data. Jackson-databind jar depends on jackson-core and jackson-annotations libraries, so if you are adding them directly to build path, make sure you add all three otherwise you will get runtime error. To use Jackson JSON Java API in our project, we can add it to the project build path or if you are using maven, we can add below dependency. If you have found a bug, you have a suggestion for improving the application or just want to thank me, click on 'Feedback'. Edit template, click 'Generate' and you're done. The tree can then be navigated and queried. The object model API creates a random-access, tree-like structure that represents the JSON data in memory. It provides an opportunity generate any data and in any quantity. The Java API for JSON Processing ( JSR 353) provides portable APIs to parse, generate, transform, and query JSON using object model and streaming APIs. jsonschema-generator (Apache 2.0) - generates schemas from Java types supports. In last article we learned about Google Gson API and saw how easy to use it. JSON Generator was created in order to help with this. If you have updates to this list, make a pull request on the GitHub repo. Luckily we have some alternative APIs that we can use for JSON processing. Java JSON Processing API is not very user friendly and doesn’t provide features for automatic transformation from Json to Java object and vice versa. Jackson JSON Java Parser is very popular and used in Spring framework too.

Knockout city ice pop locations12/27/2023 Top rated vacation home in Fawn Creek is La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Claremore. Prices for a holiday home in Fawn Creek start at 20. After that, our critics will help you make up your own damn mind. There are 309 Fawn Creek, KS Vacation Rentals. We’ll tell you right away (with some new labels) when a new album is a must-hear or, in rarer cases, an instant classic. If you’re an engaged music fan in 2022, your opinion isn’t going to be defined by some random number. A variety of outlandish ball types, locations, and game modes keep it exciting. Now, as an independent artist standing on her own, Lo is primed to continue setting the bar higher and higher for how to balance deep emotions with incredible pop craft.Įditor’s Note: You may have noticed that we got rid of the stars on our reviews. Buy Knockout City: Standard Edition Xbox Series XS / Xbox One Digital. “Attention Whore” seems like a bit of a narrative outlier on the LP but has a driving beat and a sexy verse from rapper Channel Tres, even if it’s just a 2022 redux of Madonna’s “Hollywood.” Meanwhile the sticky and sweet “Pineapple Slice,” one of two songs featuring dance music artist SG Lewis, is as playful, yummy and classically Tove Lo-horny as it sounds.ĭirt Femme isn’t Tove Lo’s magnum opus but in revealing a more vulnerable side and digging deeper into her ethos, she excels at not losing what has made her such a standout in a saturated genre over the years. Some of the best songs are the ones where the singer leans into her party-ready writing capabilities the hardest. On the Oasis-inspired “I’m to Blame,” a knockout cut, Lo grapples with both sides of a couple needing to melt the ice around their hearts. Like the album title indicates, this love isn’t all silver screens and rain-soaked makeouts. On “Suburbia,” she points out how she is already embracing a part of life she thought she never wanted before: “I never wanted marriage/But here I am with you.” The rest of the song is Lo debating whether or not she’ll want kids, her fears of failing at it if she decides it’s something they should do in the future and the fact that she “can’t be no Stepford wife.” Since releasing 2019’s Sunshine Kitty, the Swedish star married her longtime partner and creative director Charlie Twaddle. Dominate the city’s lightning-fast dodgebrawl matches in a competitive multiplayer game where pure skill and teamwork rule Crew up Assemble an all-star dodgeball Crew with your friends and battle it out in a seamless cross-play experience. The domestic anxiety that comes after falling in love sets in on the album elsewhere. There’s a cinematic quality to several other songs on the LP: “2 Die 4,” conjures up images of rain-soaked midnight adventures and “True Romance” has Lo belting harder than she ever has before (both songs pull their titles from cult-favorite Nineties films, too). It’s the type of mega pop song that should be soundtracking blockbuster action movies with it’s ambitiously large sound. Dirt Femme begins with a break-up: lead single and opening track “No One Dies From Love” is a booming existential crisis about losing the person your whole world revolves around.

Song lyrics are poetry, and it can be challenging for a translator to communicate nuances of meaning. Note from Shira: Two different transliterations and translations of this song have been contributed to this web site. Instrumental Segment from Version Sung by Oum Kalthoum Her name is transliterated many different ways in the Roman alphabet, including Um Kulthum, Om Kalsoum, Umm Kulthoum, Om Kalthoum, Umm Kalsum, Oum Kalthum, Oum Kolthoum, Oum Kaltsoum, and others. The other three are Farid al-Atrache, Mohammed Abdel Wahab, and Abdel Halim Hafez. Oum Kalthoum is one of four vocalists who have achieved legendary status in Egyptian music. She was continuously popular for over 50 years and her songs are still played nightly on any number of Arabic-language radio stations. She was unquestionably the most gifted singer and musician of the 20th century in the Middle East. Oum Kalthoum was born in 1904 and died in 1975. Over the years, different recordings of this were made during her varying concerts, so different lengths of the song may be offered by vendors. The full length of this song, including its instrumentals, is about 40 minutes. It is sometimes spelled as "Inta Omri", "Enta Omri", or "Ente Omri". This page contains the English translation to the song lyrics of "Inte Omri", an Egyptian classical song which was made popular by Oum Kalthoum in 1965.

Tinykeep map12/26/2023 Dyson in his wonderful printer-friendly style. What if you only had one map in your DM kit? If you could only use one D&D map for the rest of your games, which map would you grab? This idea resonated strongly with my lazy dungeon master philosophies. If you enjoy this article, check out Sly Flourish's bestselling books, weekly newsletter, YouTube videos, twice-weekly podcast, and fan-supported Patreon, all offering tips to help you run awesome D&D games.Ĭlickbaity title aside, I'm not going to give you that one single map. Hopefully this article will help you answer a question you may never have asked yourself: But I will help you find your own ideal map and we're going look at a few great examples. Which map is your map? Which map is your go-to map when you don't have anything prepared and need a map to run your game right now? What map can you print out, stick in your kit, and use for the next 40 years? Criteria for a Single Awesome Mapīefore we start digging through maps, let's decide what makes a great map we can use again and again. I'll also be adding a few of my own criteria specific to the purpose of finding a single versatile map: I'm going to use some of the criteria found in excellent articles like the Alexandrian's Jaquaying the Dungeon and DM David's 5 Tricks for Creating Brilliant Dungeon Maps from Will Doyle. The map should be easy to use and easy to improvise while running a game. The map should be easy to print on single sheet of paper. The map should have a mixture of worked stone and natural formations. The map should be big, but not TOO big.The map should have multiple entrances. The map should have some sort of cross-slice such as a river, a ravine, or an earthquake that splits it up.The characters might see the final room even if they can't get to it. This list isn't perfect but hopefully it helps you consider what your own criteria are for finding an ideal map. I found this topic inspiring enough to ask on Twitter what maps people would use if they could only use one. Here are a few maps people chose and some of my own that I think work particularly well. Tears of the Crocodile God designed by Will Doyle, cartography by Mike Schley, in Dungeon 209. Gray, Teos Abadia, and myself illustrated by Mike Schley and available on his website Note, I'm only showing the bottom half of the map here.

Windbound game review12/26/2023 Aaaand again with the ridiculously slow and cumbersome traverse. Initially not a big deal because I figure it’s just my bad luck, but it occurred without fail and even when I decided to utilize the wind direction to head back to a previously visited island, the wind changed dramatically halfway through the trek. I don’t know if it was bad luck or what, but simply EVERY SINGLE TIME I departed one island for another, the wind was blowing the exact opposite direction. However, frustration soon became the name of the game. At first it wasn’t so bad because I’d loved the heck out of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, and Windbound reminded me of the beloved game. Not my favorite thing to contend with, but it is a survival game after all.Īs the game progressed, I was able to outfit my boat with a sail and experience probably the most damning part of the game for me: Sailing. In this game, there time-related degradation such as hunger bar, food spoilage, and breaking weapons. With each new chapter, you find better materials and monsters, allowing you to, naturally, craft better quality items and upgrades including weapons, tools, and boats. As you gather and find new materials, new recipes unlock, forming a collection element that keeps you gathering. I LOVE gathering things! Kara put together her little boat made from grass and sticks and off I went with an oar to navigate different islands. The tutorial popups weren’t too pushy and I went about gathering things and trying out the moves. The game began well enough with an intro that wasn’t too long, and soon you were thrown onto an obvious tutorial-area. Not only did the graphics look good, the survival elements were intriguing, and a female protagonist? Bring it! I chose the easiest difficulty which would allow me to keep all of my items upon death and hit Start. I was very excited about playing this game when I first bought it. Cons: Battle system, repetitive, slowness, several irritating elements, debilitating lack of storage, wind-dependent sailing, whole-level-repeat upon death.Pros: Survival elements, Wind Waker style of playing (if you like that), crafting system, pleasing graphics, music not overbearing or annoying. You control Kara, a survivor of a calamity on her solo journey to find answers and survive her island world. Windbound by Koch Media is a survival action/adventure game released on the Switch and other game platforms August 2020.

Wii sports golf practice game12/25/2023 Our second game of soccer was somewhat more traditional. That was an example of how Nintendo Switch Sports’ added complexity brings additional considerations for how Switch owners will play the game. But for households that only have one strap on hand, one person can play a full set (of five kicks), pass the strap and Joy-Con, and let the other player enjoy their set. In my session, I had my own leg strap, as did my Nintendo representative opponent, so we rotated single turns on the pitch. What makes shootout mode both interesting and balanced is when one player starts to dominate - if you have a streak going, the goal size shrinks, making precise timing even more critical. The arc and speed of the ball appears randomized, and I wound up kicking far to the left more than once. Players take turns trying to kick a ball into a very large goal, and it’s all about timing. Shootout, with the exception of whipping out and affixing the leg straps, is perhaps the most pick-up-and-play game here. The game has four variations, but I only sampled two: a two-player goal shootout, which used a Joy-Con strapped to my kicking leg, and a two-player co-op match against computer-controlled opponents. My first Nintendo Switch Sports experience was soccer. (That said, Mii diehards can still opt to have a Mii-like look in Nintendo Switch Sports it’s part of the game’s rich customization, but looks out of place amid the visual upgrades here.) Player characters, called Sportsmates, look more like the cool kids of Splatoon than the toylike Miis of the Wii and Nintendo 3DS era. Nintendo Switch Sports is a stylish update to the Wii Sports games, letting players create and customize more realistic avatars. Believing I’d already had my fill of baseball, boxing, and bowling as a Mii more than a decade ago, I was pleasantly surprised by how much fun the new collection of games is.įirst, let’s discuss the presentation. Image: Nintendoĭuring a hands-on presentation with Nintendo Switch Sports in New York last week, I got to sample the breadth and depth of Nintendo’s new sports collection. New additions like badminton and soccer can offer more heated one-on-one or team-based battles, and even bowling gets some upgrades: Players can enjoy a fast-paced pickup game or play on weird alleys with wild obstacles. But there are new layers of complexity and depth for Switch owners who want it, a best-of-both-worlds approach that will help distinguish Nintendo Switch Sports from its Wii Sports inspiration. The simplicity and familiarity of the original Wii Sports is still present in the Switch sequel, thanks to simple, motion-controlled games like bowling, tennis, and, in a future update, golf. Nintendo Switch Sports, a sequel due later this month, brings back the spirit of the original Wii Sports, but aims for a slightly different audience. Sixteen years later, the Wii Bowling tournament scene is still thriving. The 2006 Wii game taught millions of players both new and experienced how to use Nintendo’s revolutionary and intuitive motion controller, giving a new generation its first gaming experience. Nintendo’s Wii Sports was a masterpiece of gaming simplicity.

Maptiler with mbtiles12/25/2023 As a non-tech-type, the best method I've been able to parse together is as follows: I create custom png or tif maps in Photoshop, georeference and render them as MBTiles (using theTMS tile scheme) in MapTiler, automatically send them to Amazon S3 using the MapTiler API, and point my Gaiagps server account to my S3 bucket. Does completing this process for every custom map seem overly cumbersome? Is this process even possible with a Premium Membership as an IOS user? What map format(s) / tile schemes are compatible with Gaiagps? I remember Ashli stated that Gaiagps cannot import MBTiles. I could use some direction toward the simplest means of importing my custom maps. I live in an area of Canada where good quality aerial photos are not available at recreationalist's prices. GeoTiff.GeoTIFF or Big GeoTIFF (you can convert a GeoTIFF into another GeoTIFF and apply color to transparency or make Cloud Optimized) ERDAS Compressed Wavelets (.ecw) NITF (ADRG, ECRG, CADRG) format for display on embedded systems for military vehicles and aircraft. Is it true that only Premium Android users can import their custom MBTile maps directly into Gaiagps without paying Mapbox $49.00 / month?ģ. who invented the first calculating device. To render more files at once, just specify them one after another: maptiler -o outputdirectory input1.tif input2.tif input3.tif. maptiler -o outputdirectory inputfile.ext. Is there no other way of doing this? As a recreationalist it does not seem reasonable to pay MapBox $49.00 / month in order to upload a few custom-made maps / year. As input, you can just provide the source dataset filename (s) 1. In another article Ashli mentioned that IOS users with a monthly subcription at Mapbox can import MBTile maps via cartoDB.
